Acceptance
By accessing or using The Thirty-First Throne, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
Permitted use
You may use the game for personal, lawful, non-commercial entertainment. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, misuse its services, or use it in a way that violates applicable law.
Ownership
The game, its text, characters, setting, visual presentation, and related materials belong to Kozmoweb or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.
Availability and saves
The game may be changed, paused, or discontinued without notice. Browser-stored saves may be lost through device changes, browser settings, data clearing, or technical failures. Save data is not guaranteed to remain available.
Disclaimer
The game is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors, to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kozmoweb and its creator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the game.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
